Sources & Freshness
Every source Verifex publishes, with what it is, who publishes it, how it is kept current, and when it last ingested successfully. Read from live runtime state, not a marketing list. Read at 2026-10-29 19:15:53 UTC and cached for up to five minutes. That timestamp is when the data was read, not when this page was served.

16 of 41 sources have no publisher and official-URL record yet, and are shown below without one. Stating the gap is not the same as closing it. These are screened, and their provenance should be recorded.
Count basis: Records currently active for this source (SanctionEntry.isActive = true): the rows actually searchable now. Not raw publisher file rows, alias rows, distinct resolved entities, or all-time totals.
Configured but deliberately not offered as coverage
These are in the registry and are not screened. They are listed here rather than omitted, because the failure this page exists to prevent is a source that quietly stays in a public catalog after it stops being screened.
IADB_DEBARMENT
RETIRED_DUPLICATE: the same IDB Group sanctions file is screened as "Inter-American Development Bank Group Sanctions" (IDB_INVEST), which also drops sanctions that have ended. Listing it twice reported every IDB Group hit twice. Preserved rows are retained for audit and are not screened.
EU_PARLIAMENT_MEPS
Enrichment-only (role=enrichment): MEP context cross-referenced with PEP, not an independent screening list.
FATF_HIGH_RISK
NOT A SCREENING LIST: a static, curated list of high-risk JURISDICTIONS used for country-level risk signals, not of designated parties. It is in SCREENING_GOVERNANCE_EXCLUDED, so it never contributes to a screening result. It was nonetheless rendered in the public source table as "Automated · Current" until 2026-10-14, which invited a reader to count it as coverage — the same mistake INTERPOL was listed with until 2026-08-15. Retained and refreshed for jurisdiction risk; excluded from the catalogue and from any coverage count.
UNGM_INELIGIBILITY
DISABLED_PENDING_PERMISSION_OR_LEGAL_APPROVAL: the UNGM account terms govern use of what is downloaded and do not grant inclusion in a commercial screening product, so authenticating to obtain the list would acquire it under terms Verifex cannot satisfy. Not an access problem. 0 rows ingested.
INTERPOL
DISABLED_PENDING_LICENSING_CLARIFICATION: INTERPOL terms bar commercial reuse of notice data without written authorization. Governance has held this DISABLED_LEGAL since 2026-07-18; it was nonetheless still listed in the public catalog as a live scheduled source until 2026-08-15. The 2,831 preserved rows are retained for audit and are not screened.
TI_CPI
DISABLED_PENDING_PROVENANCE_AND_LICENSING_RESOLUTION: fetched from a third-party mirror rather than Transparency International (provenance), and published under CC BY-ND 4.0 whose no-derivatives term is unresolved for per-country records (licensing). A country index, never a designation source.
US_SAM_EXCLUSIONS
DISABLED_PENDING_FIELD_LEVEL_LEGAL_REVIEW: SAM.gov exclusion extracts may mix public-domain federal fields with third-party fields under different reuse terms. Retained rows are preserved for audit only and are not screened, fed, counted as coverage, or refreshed until a source-specific approved route exists.
UKRAINE_NSDC
OPENSANCTIONS_DERIVED_ROWS_WITHDRAWN: the 21,345 preserved rows came from OpenSanctions (ua_nsdc_sanctions), not from the publisher, and OpenSanctions data needs a commercial licence. Withdrawn from screening and from every plan on 2026-10-21; the rows are retained for audit only and are not screened. The official NAZK endpoint is DNS NXDOMAIN, so there is no official route either.
TURKEY_MASAK
OPENSANCTIONS_DERIVED_ROWS_WITHDRAWN: the 2,287 preserved rows came from OpenSanctions (tr_fcib), not from the publisher, and OpenSanctions data needs a commercial licence. Withdrawn from screening and from every plan on 2026-10-21; the rows are retained for audit only and are not screened. The official MASAK list sits behind a WAF and a JavaScript shell.
EBRD_DEBARMENT
OPENSANCTIONS_DERIVED_ROWS_WITHDRAWN: the 1,081 preserved rows came from OpenSanctions (ebrd_ineligible), not from the publisher, and OpenSanctions data needs a commercial licence. Withdrawn from screening and from every plan on 2026-10-21; the rows are retained for audit only and are not screened. EBRD publishes no downloadable file.
ISRAEL_NBCTF
OPENSANCTIONS_DERIVED_ROWS_WITHDRAWN: the 870 preserved rows came from OpenSanctions (il_mod_terrorists), not from the publisher, and OpenSanctions data needs a commercial licence. Withdrawn from screening and from every plan on 2026-10-21; the rows are retained for audit only and are not screened. nbctf.mod.gov.il blocks every server IP.
WORLD_BANK
NOT_REFRESHABLE: the World Bank debarment API needs a subscription key Verifex does not hold, so the list cannot be kept current. Removed from every plan on 2026-10-21; the 1,271 preserved rows are retained for audit.
AFDB_DEBARMENT
NOT_REFRESHABLE: the AfDB site answers 403 to every server IP (Cloudflare), so the list cannot be kept current. Removed from every plan on 2026-10-21; preserved rows are retained for audit.
DEA_FUGITIVES
NOT_REFRESHABLE: dea.gov answers Access Denied to every server IP (Akamai), so the list cannot be kept current. Removed from every plan on 2026-10-21; preserved rows are retained for audit.
A cadence describes the publisher's rhythm, not a guarantee that a refresh ran. What a screening decision actually rested on is recorded per request in the response's coverage fields and in its Evidence Capsule.
